Medical Licensing

Licensed to practisein the UAE.

Most of our candidates are not in the UAE yet — and they don't need to be. We manage DHA, DOH and MOHAP licensing remotely, from first document check to eligibility letter.

Three authorities. One licence per emirate.

The UAE has no single medical licence. Where you want to work decides which authority you apply to — and each has its own portal, exam rules and timelines. We help you choose correctly the first time.

DHA

Dubai

Dubai Health Authority

The licence you need to practise anywhere in Dubai — the country's largest private healthcare market, with the highest concentration of clinics and hospitals.

DOH

Abu Dhabi

Department of Health — Abu Dhabi

Formerly HAAD. Covers Abu Dhabi city and the wider emirate, home to major government and private hospital groups.

MOHAP

Northern Emirates

Ministry of Health & Prevention

Covers Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain — growing markets with strong demand for experienced clinicians.

The journey, start to licence

From first review to activation typically takes three to six months, depending on your profession, documents and the authority. Everything up to placement can be done from your home country.

01

Eligibility & document review

We assess your qualifications against the UAE's Professional Qualification Requirements (PQR) and tell you honestly whether you qualify — before you spend a dirham.

02

Primary Source Verification (DataFlow)

Your degree, experience and good-standing certificates are verified directly with the issuing institutions. We prepare and package your file so it passes first time.

03

Exam / assessment

Most professions sit a Prometric computer-based exam (oral assessments for some senior roles). We advise on format, exemptions and preparation.

04

Eligibility letter

Once verified and assessed, the authority issues your eligibility letter — the document UAE employers actually recruit against.

05

Placement & licence activation

Secure a position (we can help here too), and your employer activates the licence. You arrive, you practise.

What you'll need

Document gaps are the number one cause of licensing delays. Start gathering these now — and we'll tell you exactly which ones your profession and authority require.
